Approach

We start from your situation, not the headlines.

Most AI advice is really just the news, repeated. Ours starts somewhere else: with what you actually do, what it costs, and what would genuinely move the needle for you. We form our own view from the ground up, and we’re not afraid to land on “don’t.”

The method

What working with us actually looks like.

Four steps. Start at the beginning, or drop in wherever you’re stuck.

1

Assess

We cut the noise down to what matters for you: where AI genuinely helps, and where it doesn’t. You get a clear, honest read on what’s worth doing before anyone writes a line of code or signs a contract. Sometimes the most valuable outcome is “not this, not yet.”

Where to start
2

Size

We put honest numbers on it: what it costs, what it returns, how long it takes, and what could go wrong. The same rigour we apply when advising where to commit real capital. Enough to make the call with your eyes open.

What it’s worth
3

Implement

We help you build and ship it. Not a slide deck that sits in a drawer, but a working system your team can actually run and maintain, chosen to fit you, not to impress anyone.

Make it real
4

Advise

We stay on as the independent voice in the room, so you keep making good calls as the tools, the costs and the market keep shifting under you.

How we work

Independent by design.

A sovereign view

We form our own considered position from first principles, not a repackaged vendor deck or whatever’s trending this quarter.

No reselling, no kickbacks

We don’t resell tools or take commissions. The recommendation is the one we’d make for ourselves, full stop.

We do the legwork

The tedious research, the honest sizing, the awkward questions. We do them so you don’t have to, and so the decision is a good one.

Plain language

We explain it in terms your team and your board will both understand. If we can’t explain it plainly, we don’t recommend it.

Right-sized

Rarely the famous, expensive tool. Usually something smaller, quieter and better matched to your actual problem.

Honest about limits

If AI won’t help you yet, we’ll say so, and tell you what would have to change for that to shift.
